Terms and Agreement
EDUVERSE Tutor Agreement

1. Professional Conduct: The tutor agrees to maintain professional conduct at all times while representing EDUVERSE. This includes punctuality, appropriate communication, and adherence to teaching standards.

2. Confidentiality: The tutor shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information, teaching materials, and any proprietary information shared by EDUVERSE.

3. Quality Commitment: The tutor agrees to deliver high-quality education, prepare lesson plans in advance, and provide regular progress reports to students and parents.

4. Compliance: The tutor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and EDUVERSE policies. Any violation may result in termination of the tutoring agreement.

5. Data Protection: The tutor agrees to handle student data responsibly and in accordance with data protection regulations.

6. Non-Compete: During the engagement with EDUVERSE, the tutor agrees not to engage in similar tutoring services with competing organizations.

7. Liability: EDUVERSE shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of the tutor. The tutor agrees to indemnify EDUVERSE against any claims arising from their services.

8. Duration: This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.

9. Background Check: The tutor consents to a background check as part of the registration process.

10. Payment Terms: Payment shall be processed according to EDUVERSE's standard payment schedule and policies.

11. Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/- shall be paid by the tutor at the time of registration. This fee covers administrative costs and profile setup.

12. Personal Interaction: The tutor shall be called for a personal interaction session with the institute for verification of original documents and assessment of teaching capabilities. The session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

13. Postpaid Payment Structure: All teaching payments shall be on a postpaid basis, to be settled after the completion of each calendar month. Invoices will be generated on the last day of the month.

14. Payment Deadline & Penalty: The tutor must inform EDUVERSE about any payment delays or issues within 10 days after the end of each month. Failure to communicate payment status within this period will result in:

  • Permanent deletion of the tutor's profile and all associated data from EDUVERSE servers
  • Immediate termination of the tutoring agreement
  • Lifetime ban from re-registering with EDUVERSE under any name or identity
  • Legal action may be initiated for recovery of dues, if applicable

15. Document Verification: All documents submitted (including educational certificates, identity proof, and CV) are subject to verification. Any discrepancy found during verification will lead to immediate termination of registration.

16. Availability: Mere registration does not mean the tutor is available for hire, only after the approval of the institute the tutor is available for hire.
